How A.Z. handles your information.
A.Z. Lawncare & Tree Service LLC (doing business as A.Z. Tree Service & Landscape Supply, 1556 Route 206, Tabernacle, NJ 08088) runs azlawncare.com. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it. Effective September 6, 2026.
What we collect
- Quote form. When you request an estimate we receive what you type: name, email, phone, property type, the service you need, the address, your project details, and any photos or PDFs you attach.
- Phone and email. If you call or email us, we keep the normal records of that conversation so we can follow up.
- Technical basics. Like every website, our hosting provider (Bluehost) and our security provider (Cloudflare) log standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use it
- To answer your estimate or delivery request, schedule the work, and deliver materials to the address you give us.
- To contact you about a job you asked about. We do not send marketing newsletters.
- To keep the site secure and working. The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person, and by an automated spam filter.
Who sees it
Your request goes to the A.Z. office by email and is stored in our website’s form system so we can find it again. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their own marketing. The only third parties that touch it are the services that run the site: our web host, our email delivery service, and Cloudflare. Each of those is bound by its own privacy policy.
Photos you send
Photos are used only to understand the tree, stump, or delivery site you are asking about. They are kept with your request and are not published anywhere.
Maps and outside links
The contact page can show a Google map, but only after you tap “Show the map”. Links to Google, Facebook, and the New Jersey tree-company directory take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
Cookies
The public site does not set marketing cookies. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie so the site can tell repeat visitors from bots, and WordPress sets a cookie only if you log in, which customers never need to do.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests are kept while we are working with you and for our normal business records afterward. If you want a request and its photos deleted, email us and we will remove it from the website’s form storage.

- To see, correct, or delete information you have sent us, email [email protected] or write to the address above.
Children
The site is for adults arranging tree work and material orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
