Which soil should I use for a new lawn?
Screened composted topsoil. It is screened to remove rocks and debris and enriched with organic matter, so seed and sod root quickly. Fill dirt is for building grade, not for growing.
How many yards do I need?

Mason sand or concrete sand?
Mason sand is fine and clean: sandboxes, beach areas, masonry, and finishing. Concrete sand is coarser: paver and natural-stone bases, concrete, and mortar mixes.
Do you deliver soil and sand?
